Kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker, hob & fridge. The utility room/lobby has a sink, combi-boiler, microwave and airing space for boots & coats.

There are 3 bedrooms - two doubles, one with a double bed, one with twins and a third single bedroom. Another bed can be provided for a 6th person, but the third bedroom has a sloping ceiling and is best suited to children.

Bathroom with shower/bath, basin and WC.

Exposed beams and many delightful cottage features. Beautiful views from all windows.

Outside, the former stable provides useful storage for bikes and other sports equipment and also contains a washing machine and an additional toilet.

There is an enclosed south facing garden, walled former farmyard and ample parking in the field adjoining the cottage.

Great cottage, a real find..... Superb location, lovely views and excellent accommodation Definitely 10 out of 10.....The highlight of our holiday so far in the UK. We found the cottage clean, tidy and well-loved..... Just stand outside the door and breathe!  it's amazing. This place is wonderful, a far cry from London life.....The area was a brilliant base fpr a week's walking. Being so close to the Crown with it's good food and friendly staff was an extra bonus....My children love the fields around the cottage and it is very accessible from Abergavenny. A perfect place for a holiday'
